Kerry was right again! Blackwell still stealing democracy

John Kerry spoke the truth in the fundraising email sent out to his massive email list.  He said:

"Since 2004, he has twisted the election process even more, adding new voting regulations that have created confusion and controversy. His legacy as Secretary of State? Putting partisanship ahead of the electorates’ fundamental right to vote. That’s not just a reason not to promote him as Governor; it demands a grassroots mission to stop Ken Blackwell from getting a further grip on power in Ohio.    Read More »

Kerry calls out Blackwell; Republicans cry like babies--Updated

Wow!  John Kerry sent out a strong, concise message yesterday about fair elections and supporting candidates  who provide fair elections and protect democracy.  In this case,  he's supporting Ted Strickland who is fighting against the corrupt and partisan engineer of the Bush/Cheney win in Ohio 2004.

9-11 & YouTube; Proof of the Republican National Committees and Exxon's Campaigns Against Truth!

The Republican Party and the President in this White House have sneakily turned to the entertainment realm to relay to the American public more of their propaganda.  This has been their strategy for almost fifteen years now if not more.  They have 'played the American people like a fiddle."  And we've lost our jobs, our health, and our democracy as a result of their propaganda campaigns.  Read More »

The Minimum Wage Increase; Republicans show no shame

Let's talk about mimimum wage.  This is a topic near and dear to my heart since I worked on the Democrat Party-funded "increase the minimum wage campaign" in my state and discovered that the majority of people earning minimun wage earn approximately five thousand dollars below the federal poverty line.  This is without even including the cost of inflation of necessities like food and gas...it's just the money earned working 40 hours per week at the set minimum wage.   Read More »
