Happy 13th Birthday AJ

On December 11, 1995 a mother with high blood pressure is told her blood pressure has sky-rocketed and will not come down. She is sent to a bigger hospital where the doctors perform an emergency cesearean. Baby AJ was born two months premature and weighed only 2 lbs. Because of his size he is not capable of crying like a normal-sized baby. The mother is unable to touch or hold him.  Read More »

Work Before Play

My son is a 9-year-old 4th grader. He is doing remarkably well this year. He made the honor roll last quarter and his teacher was thrilled. She spoke highly of him during conferences telling me how he's the best of our family to come through the school to date. She also said he's the most well-behaved in her class.
