So I am new here... in fact I have never blogged before.  I kind of feel like I am either writing to the internet world, which mimics the feeling of talking to a blank wall, where no one seems to be listening.  Or I feel like I am making my diary public, as if I had done an excellant job of writing my most intimate thoughts but then totally forgot to lock them up and hide them.

So I walked to my mailbox and for the third time... yes you read that correctly, for the THIRD time in three years I had been summons to jury duty.  My first reaction was "WTF!?"  Who is running this system??  My parents, who are in their mid forties have each been called to jury duty twice, and I have now been called three times, why do they want me so bad??
