The site belows shows 100 books that have been banned from school libraries across the country just because they don't cusion us from the real world.  Should we be kept from great literature just because they aren't happy little tales about bunnies in their Happy Places?  This issue greatly bothers me because there are many great novels that are actually used in English curriculums.   Another reason was that some of the books are banned from schools by the government because of religious reasons.  I always thought there was a "Seperation of Church and State."  The government is just contridicting itself, like always.  Read More »
