Is Christianity a western religion? I've heard people make that claim and I don't really think that it's true.
First of all, Jesus Christ was Jewish, and died in Israel. (I don't understand why Christianity is considering anti-Semetic considering that our Savior was a Jew). Israel is in the Middle EAST, not Europe or North America.
Second, one of things that is unique about Christianity is the fact that a person from anyone in the world can become a Christian. Anyone from anywhere can become a Christian by accepting Christ's death on the cross as payment for our sins, it doesn't matter what nationality or race you are or what language you speak.
