I got an e-mail from my cousin the other day and I thought I had to share it in my blog. It is quite long but it's worth it. We are killing ourselves slowly when we eat these foods. To further enlighten you 2,500 calories a day is a reasonable intake for the average guy.

Today a 15 year old girl, Emily McIntire,from Chesapeake, Va found a corn flake that is the shape of Illinois. She says she found it while grabbing a fistful of corn flakes on her way to class.
