So... this boy in Huston texas was sentenced to life in prison for bruitally beating a fellow classmate while at a party. The boy who did it was 18 years old he had had a past of being abusive and drinking... do you think that he should have been put in jail long before this?? If he has a record of doing it then he should have had to do jail time way before this... does it really take someone almost killing another person to get justice in this country... who wants people like that on the streets these days with you children, my friends, family, loved ones walking them each day. who knows what the ones that get away with these types of things will do next, will they rape an innocent girl/boy, will they abuse someone so that they wont tell what is going on with them, will they have a child and abuse them in any way, or maybe they are working up the courage to kill someone that they have hated for years and want to get even even though it really isnt even. What is going through a persons mind when they do these things? do they think about the other person that is getting hurt for them to feel better? Maybe they just dont care or maybe they do and they arent sure how to voice thier feelings.

SO i am really pissed off.... This stupid PS3 is so irritating!! stores here in NY are not selling that many like 4 to a store yet all of these people think that if they wait in line for 3 days to get it they have a high chance of owning one... yeah okay! they are so wrong.. this dumb game system is not even going to be worth the 600 dollars that you have to spend on it...I dont understand why you would spend that much money on something that is not even real.. you play these games that are totally fake and then you are done!!

My birthday is tomorrow and i told my boyfriend and parents that i dont want anything as gifts, seeming as how they have already spent so much on my senior year and its not even half over yet. I guess i will feel guilty for them spending more money on things that i dont really need. I have college coming up in the fall and i dont know how much money i will be getting for graduation and through scholarships to help me pay for that, and i know that if it doesnt cover it all then my parents are going to have to pay for it... which makes me feel bad. My amazing boyfriend has been helping pay for things for me also so that i could take my college courses in high school and so that i will have a head start next year. He is great, i mean he doesnt even ask for money back or something when i do get my hands on some.

So do you think that it is right or wrong to get an abortion??? Many people in the world today think that it is wrong. There are still those few that think it is the right thing to do. Abortion is defined as "The removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy"

Personally, I beleive that it can be a choice in some circumstances. For instance, if you were pregnant and you would end up either dying or the baby will die then it would not be completly wrong because you are saving a life. But if you are ending a pregnancy just because it was an accident when you got pregnant then no it is not right at all, you made the choice to have sex and to do it without protection now you should have to deal with the consequences of what happend. You should not kill your child because of your mistake.... That baby didnt ask to be here you chose for it to be. Yes, a baby is alot of work but you also have many options for it. You can have someone help you raise it like a parent or someone that you look up to, adoption is another amazing option, you can do open adoption where you can stay in the baby's life still but they just live with someone else were they can support it. there are so many other options there for you. now a days there are unwed mothers houses and apartments where they are willing to help you out with rent and stuff.

So my dad keeps coming home from work with all of these stupid jokes that he thinks is funny but i think are horrible. i mean i laugh at them because i dont want him to feel bad or anything. He says that he came up with them and that he hopes that we get a good laugh out of them, but they really stink sometimes, not always but sometimes.. there are those really funny ones and he tries to make us laugh but it is hard to laugh when they arent very good. I always try to laugh to make him feel good like he actually helped cheer up my day. sometimes he actually does cheer it up though, i guess it depends on the day. i love to hear him tell us the jokes even when they are stupid just to see him smile when we laugh at him.

So the Democrats took like all office spots in the election. I personally would be happy if some of the members of senate, the house, and congress were republican... I am not sure that having all of one party is going to be good for the country.. well that is what i think....

 At least all those stupid commercials will be off the TV now...... well for a little while... i am not allowed to vote yet but i wish i was.. i am never going to be one of those people who dont vote and then they complain about who won office. I will vote in all the elections, because then i have the right to complain when the people i dont like make office. The first election I get to vote in is the 2008 presidential election YAY!!! i am pretty happy about that. even though i wish that i could have voted the last few years.

So this new shot is a good thing right?? Well I myself have read studies and have been researching it but I cant really say that it is a good idea to get the shot... what if you have HPV and you get it and then things get worse. They say that the shot is to prevent HPV not cure it, but what happens to you when you already have it and you dont know because they say that most women who have the virus dont even know they have it and that it sometimes goes away on its own... but then there are the ones who have it and dont know it and they get the shot and then what happens....on the other hand though the women who are healthy and get the shots, supposidly do well, they dont end up with the virus or the cancer..
