Think about it. The smell of a new day, the warmth of the florescent lights, the sound of newly purchased, highly priced, probably jacked sneakers on the cold, hard, unloving linoleum. High School. The place where boys become men and men become subject to rumors, hardships, and the unnecessary fears that they really aren't as great of a ladies man as they thought.

Today, my girlfriend came up to me. She was on the verge of tears, and tried her hardest to keep back the tears. So I asked her what was wrong.
I sat in my chair, watching the flames of the fireplace flickered in the evening atmosphere. Behind me came a snap of a twig. And a sharp pain.
