Were should Sexual Predators live when they are released?
In my map there is a school like in every three blocks. People want to pass laws that ban them from living around any place were there are children (stores and so forth) and near schools. some parents want to ban them from their neighborhoods. Though they broke the law, were do we expect them to live? What can we do?

For some reason I seem to have bad luck in online departments. or maybe it's the companies that are not progressive, and can't accept when it is their fault. And so here is the most recent example:

I do not have a computer, so I can't apply to scholarships unless I use the school's computer, or my brothers (which I can't use often) So than I bought one online. From a company called DELL. 5 days pass, and she arrives. I set up everything, put the sterios, plug the power, and turn on the power. And as I wait, a little bar appears on the first screen. Huge letter spell DELL. And so I wait for the bar to finish loading. At about an hour later, I notice that something is wrong. 1/23 of the bar is stuck and will not finish. On top of the screen says press F2, or F12 (one of them was the setup) I try to, but nothing happens. The keyboard just lights up and says "9". I turn it off, and on and still it's stuck. The question is did you chose your major out of the security that comes with it, or because you like the topic. I guess I can still change my major "Criminal justice" to an Art major, but I don't think my future will be secure. I think too much of the starving artist, or how I will get a job. it's still my first year, so to those who have experience. Did you ever change your major?
