so it was my first birthday cancer free and I wanted all my girl friends to come to dinner w me to celebrate. I'm moving to Santa Barbera in August and my family bought a condo there for me and my sister to rent from them. Im giong to a very expensive school so Im taking out tuns of loans which are under my parents names... which obviously I will pay them back for once I am capable of doing so. Why is it that someone who has had the same surgery as me is up to just about the same progress but he only had his surgery 3 months ago..and its been a year and 3 months for me...what the fuck am I doing wrong? was it because my surgeon didn't let me bend my leg for 8 weeks?

"Friends" ditched me after I was diagnosed...
You would think that when you are at your outmost time of need your friends would be there for you. For me, this is not the case.

When you say cancer, you think of older people, Lance Armstrong, and breast cancer. But what I think people don't realize is that it can happen to anyone, and it can come very unexpected. The warnings in news reports warn you about smoking, too much radiation, and taking birth control for too long: saying that these things can give you more of a chance of getting cancer.
