ProgressiveU responds amazingly well to feed back!

WOW! I was part of the last competition and am sorry to say that shortly after the competition ended I stopped visiting the site. Before I left the site I left some comments about what could be improved on the site, as did many others, and I am amazed at how many of those ideas were actually listened to and put into use.

House has turned into a soap opera.

Tagged:

House is one of my favorite shows because it is at the same time very interesting and funny.  It is hard to find that in a TV show and I think that is why House has been so successful but recently it has began to turn into a soap opera.  There is a lot of sad music now and very dramatic endings.  i hope this fad will end because it will ruin the show.  The comedy is what makes

The stock market.

So Christmas seems like the time to invest toy stores and clothing stores.  You figure that people will be buying a lot of presents, the stores will be making a lot of money, and the stocks will go up.  But they are not as much as you would expect.  I think it is because of the internet.  There are sites like ebay and overstock that are profiting much more than toy companies an

How Do You Pick 1 Thing For Christmas?

Ok, I am allowed to get one Christmas present this year, and I cannot figure out what I want. I mean this should be the easiest decision ever, A PRESENT!, but it really isn;t. I mean do I want a video ipod or a grill. Not a george forman grill, or a grill for my car, a grill to pimp out my teeth, because i am so gnaryly. Seriously. Think about this.

How do flies land on the ceiling? They do not fly upside down, nor do they flip in the air, but there are flies on ceilings. Or how does canned tuna last for years? I mean it is fish and on the advertisements it says "fresh tuna" there is nothing fresh about sitting in a metal can for 3 years. Or how come anything said in an Indian accent is funny? I mean it just is, but why? Or why are there women at this very moment spending 5,000 dollars on a purse, when there are 5,000 children in Africa dying at this very moment? Or how most teenagers say dank, how did it start, people were not saying dank 2 ears ago but now everyone i know says it.

Have proms gone too far?

What was once an opportunity to hang out with your brother or sister schools, is now a "keeping up with the Jones's" type of ordeal. The limos have now turned into single, double, and triple decker limo buses. The dresses have now become in the 500s-1000s and girls have hired personal teams of make-up artisits, hair-stylists, and photographers. Dinner has turned into its own dance in a sort, it is not just one restaurant it is appetizers at one place and dinner at this place, and dessert after.

How long can we last in Iraq?

How long can we last in Iraq?  I think that is the big question for foriegn politics.  How much longer will the government be able to keep enough support to stay their from Americans, from Iraqis, from the world.  And if we stay there how many more will die.  How high can the death toll get before we are forced to leave.  I thought that point passed a long time ago but app

Mexican lawmakers throw punches and chairs.

Mexican Lawmakers who opposed the newly elected president throw punchs and chairs in an attempt to disrupt the president from being sworn in.  Well this is a good sign for a president, when half of the lawmakers of your nation are so upset that you were elected that they begin fighting and throwing chairs.  These are supposed to be the people that showcase your nation, I would not have a
