Well, isn't that right?
With gas prices so high nowadays, everyone is trying to save some money. Limiting trips to the mall and carpooling are just slight tactics to delay the inevitable money-draining-gas-company monsters! However, these strategies are getting dirtier.
Difficult Dilemma: How to save money whilst acquiring the luxury of gas?
Simple solution: Steal Gas!
Although it's morally wrong and very illegal, it's quite genius actually! Pop the gas cover of a car that uses the gas you want (Make sure the car is really old or has no alarm!), pump out the gas into some kind of container, and tra-la! Gas with no $45~$60 receipt! And for those who don't care to be anymore obvious, just hook up the other side of the pump to your car, pump out the gas, and... on the spot tra-la, a new tank of gas! Really, this is genius. HOWEVER, I am not encouraging this. In fact, I'm not even the genius to come up with this.
So, if I'm not the genius, who is?
Answer: The thief who stole my neighbor's gas.
Of course, when I first heard of what happened to him, I was shocked. Money can make people do anything. And to save money, people will break as many laws possible. To know that someone, and many other someone's (Apparently my neighbor's thief isn't the only one in this business, it's on the news. Crimesters are bandwagoning.) , out there will go this far to get gas 'to save money' is, frankly, depressing.
But, then I laughed. This is ridiculous, yet hilarious! My neighbor complained that he had just pumped his gas the night before. The next morning, his tank was completely empty. Knowing that neither he nor his wife used the car after coming home the night before, it was clear to conclude: his gas was stolen!
Now, someone out there is driving around in a "free" tank of gas.
It's morally wrong! Illegal! Ridiculous! Hilarious! ..and Genius!
Um. How is this Genius! ?
Duh. It saves you money. Another Duh. Great excercise and adrenaline rush.
Triple Duh. This is what the govenment wants! See how ridiculous the control of gas is? Morality is no longer a figment of reasoning if one can get "cheaper" gas. What the government tells us about War in Iraq, Iran, etc. is an illusion to deceive the public from realizing the war at home. The war on the streets. The war with your neighbors.
So, the downhill of society begins...
