I don't know if you recently saw "Kramer" on the news apologizing for a racial tirade (It was pretty funny you should Google it). Anyway he sort of snapped and shouted "nigger" at several black people in the audience. He then got on the today show and apologized saying he was really sorry for what he said. Kind of reminds me of a much bigger actor who said some stupid things (Mel Gibson) and a band (Dixie Chicks) and well the list will go on forever. They always come back immediately saying they are so sorry or hope their fans will forgive them. I have a hard time believing their tears. Come on they are actors the can fake sadness as easily as we can change the channel. A lot of people say because they are famous anything they saw is blown out of proportion. Well not "Kramer's" little tirade, I watched on the net and lets just say he wasn't feeling much remorse at the time.

"Black Boxes" in Cars
I'm sure most of you have heard of these "black boxes" in GM and Ford cars. I have been looking all over the net to confirm if my 2005 Ford Taurus has one and how to remove it. When I come across a site telling me you can't remove it. It's an article from CNN. http://www.cnn.com/2006/AUTOS/08/22/edr_concerns/index.html This makes me very angry. Sure it’s partly because I tend to speed and had a little fender bender that both parties drove away from, but that’s not all. The car is my property, I bought it and I own every piece of it. Car companies realized this and made the black boxes hard to remove. @$$ holes. Sorry that’s just the way I feel. I am an American with a sound mind and I want, and have the right, to make my own decisions. About how much trans fat I eat, how much I learn in school, and whether or not I want my driving to be tracked. Now that my negatives are er... discussed, I'll get to the positive. (I try and see both sides, sometimes unequally, but what are you going to do?) In a car accident where it is unclear whose fault it is, this technology can be used to clear it up. So the black box only needs to record the last half hour to an hour. I'm not an Anarchist. I believe in laws, just not to many. This reeks of Big Brother and it makes me sick.
College Help! (Please help me by answering this blog)
Next year I will be going to college. I plan to attend Bowling Green State University in Ohio for a Film studies major and a jounalism minor. I hope to be a film critic. My parents don't feel this is a good idea since the college is a ways from home and I can't support myself with this career. If I ever get a job. But this is my dream! So i'm going to do it. I just hope I can support myself and be good at it.
Why is File-Sharing So Bad?
Music is an art form. I believe art should belong to everyone. No matter what the music industry does there will continue to be ways technology gets around these outdated copyright laws. Often they say bands/artists need the money, because no ones ever paid over a thousand bucks to see a concert. Not to mention appearence fees etc. I detest when bands say they love their fans, they love their fans money, or else maybe they'd make their music available to everyone.
