The last two month, atleast, I've been watching political advertisement after advertisement, but come last tuesday I knew nothing about the canidates( no one freak out, I did research them before I voted)

   Campaigns are so nasty and underhanded now (maybe they always were?). They aren't about the issues or informing the people about what really matters. I don't know why but I've always had that stereotypically upper east class ideas about some things in life. Like I have never understood why someone would want to pierce their noses or get tattoos. I just dont find that attractive. I've never thought it was normal to drink and smoke and I've always found dirtbiking, Rv's, and beer- fests and such very low brow. Thats just me.  Read More »

So I've decided that I need to find a church. I've been off and on very infrequently going to various churchs, but now I feel that I need a church I can call home. I need the fellowship and the worship and all that comes with it.

So it should be super easy to just go to a church and be like Ok, I like it. but its not. atleast not for me.

I don't know what it is. a fear of meeting new people maybe. Churchs have always seemed to me very clique-ish. There is nothing wrong with that unless your on the outside. I'm always pleasantly suprised when something I learn in school shows up in the real world or even helps me out. I've never really thought about what they teach us or what we learn and why in school until my senior year and ever since then it has been driving me crazy.

I don't understand the whole general education. Isn't that why high school basically is? I don't see how triginometry (i know i cant spell) will help me become a fashion journalists. It wont. I will probably never even use it, but still they want you to learn it. why? I really dont think anyone has a GOOD answer for that. the one i get a lot is 'thats just how its done'.  Read More »
