Akon, Grammy nominated Hip-Hop and R&B artist stepped way over the line of decency recently while simulating rough sex with a 14 year old girl onstage during a concert in Trinidad last month. His Domestic Policy panel plans to hold hearings to discuss the revival of the long dead “Fairness Doctrine” which was abandoned in the 1980’s.
