This has to do with Katrina, I know that a lot of people think that the president can just snap his fingers and make things happen and these are the people who dont know the laws of the constitution. Has anyone heard of states rights, or the fact that the central government has very little power over states issues even in this situation. Did anyone listen to the news and wonder why alabama and missisippi were not mentioned as much as New Orleans? hum lets think...
