Is your girlfriend a pain?  Does she feel like she's better then you and pretty much every other man out their and that she is God's gift to men.  Does your girlfriend believe in equal rights for women?  Does she believe that a female president would do a better job then a male president?  Does she have opinions of her own that can't be swayed no matter what you say?  Does your girlfriend seem like she's having that "SPECIAL" time of the month 24/7?

I wrote down some uber quotes that I thought were awesome.  The last one's really funny.  They are pretty interesting, inspiring, and just plain good.  Yes I know- Aww God on ProgressiveU that makes me so mad!!!GRRR.  Well you know what just get over it and read them.  If you hate them tell me why and if you love them then tell me why too.

Ok seriously, when you think of lazy and generous, do you think of the United States?  Well I think that you should.  With almost 6 million people on welfare back in 2000, our giving government has been providing lazy people with an easy day full of television shows and trips to Macdonalds for far too long in my opinion.  There are plenty of jobs in this country for everybody over the age of 18 and with the possibility of many illegal immigrants having to go back to Mexico, there are about to be a whole lot more.  Yes I know that some people are "disabled" or "sick" and can't work, but give me a break.  There are careers over the internet, telemarketing (which those people really get on my nerves because they always call when I'm eating dinner), and many other jobs that involve sitting in a chair or laying down all day.  Do you think that our government is giving out too much money to people that are fully capable of going out and getting jobs all on their own?  Write a comment about what you think.

 This is the speech that I am giving tomorrow night at graduation. I used the name of my hometown a couple of times and I'm going to change it to (name of my hometown) so that you can't stalk me or steal my credit card or something. :)

Well I think that ever since the first grade or so, when we first learned what graduation meant, we’ve been pumped! You know, no more getting griped out by your parents, no more teachers, and of course, no more homework! But doesn’t that mean that we have to be responsible now? Responsibility is probably something that you and I didn’t have to have a lot of during high school.

Yes I relize that there already is a blog on this site about the Da Vinci Code but it does not exactly list all the wrong things in the Da Vinci Code.  I am going to list all of the false information but first I am going to tell why this book bothers.

There are over 50 million copies of the Da Vinci Code out in print and when I first heard about the Da Vinci Code and what the ideas and theories in it were, I thought of the passage in Revelations and what Jesus said in the bible about false prophets and people that would mislead many away from the truth in the bible.  I have studied the book thouroughly and I truly believe that is what this book is doing.  Many people today that live in our post modern society do not take time out of their hectic schedule to read the bible and attend church and learn what exactly the bible says.  So when they read books like the Da Vinci Code that speaks lies and false information about the bible, people believe it because they themselves don't even know what the bible says.  Yes I realize that the book and movie are just cool and action packed but many people do believe the lies and false information that is being presented in this book.

What? Dinosaurs?  Yeah it is kind of random, but have you ever wondered when dinosaurs existed?  The following theories are common among moder day theologists and I'm not really sure which one I personally believe but I definitely believe that they existed and that they didn't exist millions of years ago like evolution preaches.  According to the bible in Genesis, there were large creature when Adam and Eve walked the earth but it doesn't go into great detail.  This was very possible since Adam and Eve and most of their offspring lived in the Mesopotamia region of the Middle East and Dinosaur bones and remains have never been found there.  If dinosaurs did exist during the time of humans then I believe that the flood killed all of them off.  You may ask what happened to the aquatic dinosaurs that lived in the oceans?  I'm not really sure what happened to them but I assume that the dramatic change in weather and food changes could have killed them off. 

I am assuming that most of the people that blog and read blogs have filled out at least one scholarship form in their lifetime. Most scholarships have a part where you list what race or ethnic origin you are or there is a list and you check which one you are.  The reason this bothers me is because it seems like to me that if you are white then you are sometime immediately removed from winning the scholarship.

 A friend of mine named Eric recently came up with a theory that is kind of strange but also very interesting.  As a practicing Christian and believer in God, I don't necessarily agree or disagree with his thoughts/theory.

What if one day, we all die and got to heaven, and we realize that we were not the only planet or race that God had created. With the millions of galaxies in our universe, doesn't it seem egoistic to assume that we are all alone? When we find all this out, what will the other races be like? Will they be better than us? What if we are the worst planet that has developed? What if we are the one that really ticked God off while all the rest stayed in line and stayed faithful and righteous? What if we are the best? What if all other planets have turned their backs on God? Do they know we exist? We haven't found them, but have they found us? Are they watching us right now shaking their heads in pity as they watch all the mistakes we're making?
