I just recently did some research on this subject. CFLs vs regular bulb. A regular (incandescant) bulb on average will cost about $.60. A compact flouresant is $2.00 - $3.00. You will spend around $11.00 to run the compact flouresant for 8000 hours and $48.00 to run the regular bulb for the same amount of time.

There is a high school in Colorado that had a funeral for the 'N' word. The idea was to bury all negative ideas, connotaions and words. I think that these kids and their community are taking real steps towards progress and change. For these students to take back their language and promote positive things is awesome.
