I have a lot of classes with uber conservatives and so when ever a question like this comes up, I'm usually by myself. I think perhaps we should make it easier to get into our country. So while debating this year I have come across a pretty sweet argument by a French man named Alain Badiou. Badiou says that instead of putting all of our hopes and dreams into the government, we should go out and do it ourselves. Working through the government is what he calls the politics of exteriority. Even before Roe V. Wade there has been a lot of controversy over abortions. Many argue that it's a woman's right. Others say that it is murder. But wouldn't it be terrible to force these mothers to have their children and hate them for the rest of their lives?
