One big problem in not only college life but also high school life is cheating.  Cheating here in high school results in failing the class and possibly getting suspended.  In college you can even get dismissed from the college and not be allowed back in.  Freshmen year at Marquette University whe he and a buddy turned in the same paer, which neither had written, to separate sections of an introductory English Class taught by different teachers.  His friend got caught for cheating and earned an F.  He got an A, along with the teahcers written comment, "Great Paper!"  Many people who cheat don't get caught but when they do it seems like they still haven't learned their lesson.  Read More »

Drugs have a big impact on kids these days.  Fortunately there are many programs that help kids become aware of drugs such as DARE.  Drug Abuse Resistance Education started in the 1980s.  It has helped improve the numbers of teenagers using drugs.

Ever wonder if we will run out of oil? This could be a major problem.  We get our oil from foreign countries.  What if they run out? What will happen to us? What will happen to all the oil using items? Many problems circulate with the foreign oil concern.  What solutions can we take?

Another problem we could have is that they quit selling us their oil supply.  Reasons for this could possibly be because they don't like our country or President Bush.  We need oil for many things.  If they quit selling foreign oil to us it could be really bad we would lose alot!  This is why we need to find solutions to these problems.  Read More »

Do you have someone who has made a great impact on your life? Maybe you even have more than one.  Well three of my greatest influences have to be my grandfather, robin, my dancer teacher, and my cousin chelsey.  These three peple have contributed greatly to my life.

First my grandpa, Claison Groff, probably the most kindest man you will ever meet.  He has made a great impact on my life by many things.  He has shown me right and wrong.  He has led me where I should, told me to believe and follow my dreams and heart.  I know i'm not the only one who he has made a difference in their life.  He was a teacher, a superientendant, a coach, a friend, a dad, a loving husband, a grandfather, and a great grandfather.  This man Claison Groff is and always will be the greatest influence in my life.  Read More »
