Small arm weapons have been distributed to impoverished areas through out Africa. For years, African countries have been experiencing guerilla warfares which result in deaths of many innocent people. To me, small arms are more dangerous to the society than the nuclear bombs. Why? Well, anybody regardless of age, gender and economical status can have an access to guns and other small weapons. In Africa, for example, many NGOs and governments secretly provide weapons to rebels to fight against their nations' governements. Read More »

In this article, by Robert Bazell from MSNBC news, provides very important information and answers as to why women are in danger of having lung cancer eventhough some of them have never touched a cigarette. Should We Have Military Recruiters On College Campus?
No surprise to the Supreme Court's decision to allow military recruiter presence on college campuses. It is a unamious decision 8-0 supporting the military recruitment.
Here is link to the article: http://www.iht.com/articles/2006/03/06/news/scotus.php
Every college in the United States receives somewhat federal fundings. So of course, military recruiters are allowed to recruit anyone from any college campus they want. What do you guys think? Should the military recruiters be given a fair chance to invite people be part of the military? For many college campuses, students are practicing "don't ask, don't tell policy" especially LGBTQ students. The presence of military recruiters would make these LGBTQ students feel uncomfortable. One simple reason is pupils might have to open up to the recruiters about their sexuality so that they (recruiters) could back off. Is this what every politician does best? Lie To the Public ?
Is it because the politicians don't get enough information? Is it because they don't want public to know? Or is it just me?
So a day before Katrina hit, President Bush had a briefing with Mike Brown, the former FEMA director. Bush reassured FEMA and the people at the meeting that the government is ready is respond to the hurricane. If Bush and the federal government were really prepared and ready for the respond, why did it take so long? It's ashame that the Bush and FEMA knew ahead that there the levee was going to collapse. The top executive knew about this before everybody. Why couldn't they share to the public? Once the truth comes out, everybody is hiding, denying and refusing to comment about it. Catastrophic events like Katrina, we, the public should know about it. Politicians, especially President Bush and FEMA, should not hide any information from or lie to the public. Read More »
Leave Dubai Ports World Alone
Dubai Ports World has many ports through out the world including Hong Kong, Germany, India, China, Australia and South Korean. What make you guys especially Charles Schumer think that DP World has connection with terrorist groups? I'm not a Bush supporter. However, in this case, I have to agree with him. DP World owns ports in various countries. Yet, the company has never faced this kind of problem before where citizens protest to stop the takeover. If DP World has such connection with terrorist groups, then why didn't China, Germany, Hong Kong and other countries stop the company from controlling/transfering ownership of their ports? President Bush and his committee see that DP World is not a threat to our country. The company is here to do business, not to attack America. DP World agrees to follow all of the US regulations, what else do you guys want? Are you scare of a Dubai company? Just leave the company alone and have trust in DP World. Read More »
Six months later, Katrina victims are forgotten.
It's sick. I don't understand how many news channels only focus on Katrina recovery
in New Orleans. I see that the city is now coming back to where once it was. However, last night I
watch Ophra with my mom and my jaw dropped. In areas like Mississippi, no one cares to step in and help those who stuck in the area. FEMA trailers are avaliable and located in one place, sitting, and waiting for someone to pick it up. Read More »

Communist Spy in America? Is China afraid of exposing the truth?
Recently, The Epoch Times reported a story on one of its technical officers who was attacked by the Chinese spies. Here is the link, go check it out. http://www.theepochtimes.com/news/6-2-9/37956.html
So, here is what I know. The Epoch Times published Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. This story created a lot of controversies in China. Because of this, Chinese government has formed a campaign against the newspaper. It sends spies to United States and try to hurt anyone who is viewed as a threat to the Chinese government. Yuan Li is one of those people. One night, the Communist thugs went to Li's house. They stole his computers and beat him up almost to death. Read More »
