Justice

In the criminal justice system, the meaning of justice is to uphold the law by in the way people are treated fairly and reasonably. To be just is to be moral or to be good civilians. In the world we live in, there must be a Supreme Court to prevent many disasters from occurring. Some of the disasters would be causing a war in any country with no reason. There must be justice around to keep the world in balance so there would be peace and harmony. If the world doesn’t have justice, meaning the world would shatter and the law doesn’t exist. It would become out of control without any rules to keep order around.
Many people would be suffering because everyone and everywhere are filling with hatred and destruction. Many bad things can happen if there are no justices around. The world we live in would eventually become an unfair and horrible place. Many people would be living in fear and nightmare if the world has become unjust or unfair. By having justice, it ensures people with equality, fairness, righteous and freedom.
Having justice is very important to many people. It is very important because it keeps people safe and secure from many unjust things occurring. Some of the unjust things are people dying in the hands of serial killers or criminals. We need justice to prevent something like murder from happening. Justice let people see the light. The light is where a person who has committed a crime would be punished in other words bringing someone to justice.
More innocent people could be suffering if justice is not served. If justice served it‘s purpose, then the good will always prevail against evil. An example would be thieves robbing the bank and killing everyone in his path to get the money. These kinds of criminals must be put behind bars for the safety of citizens. If the criminals are caught then every people would feel safe and protected by the law.
In some movies, I have seen that criminals can buy their way out of prison for committing a crime such as murder and rape. Sometimes these criminals can even deceive the judges and the lawyers for the crime they’ve committed. The rich people can always use their money to bribe the witnesses to change sides by helping them win the case. I think this is wrong and unfair to the victim who have been hurt and taken advantage of. The victim should be given a reasonable doubt because it is unfair trial if the witnesses are changing their testimony. There should be reasonable doubt in any case if there are still uncertainties about the case.
I think the victim should be given at least a chance to go back in the court if the judge has made a mistake by pleading guilty. The judge should give the victim a chance to prove that they’re innocent if there are good evidence and reason. Some cases like rape and murder can lead to a big loss to the victim because there might not be accurate evidence proving the suspect guilty. There is always some injustice in the world but people should not give up hope that one day justice will come. The ones who have done evil things would eventually be punished and justice would be served to the innocence.
