Callin all high school seniors

The emotions that being a senior in high school brings up vary minute to minute. One minute you are happy to be moving on and going to college. The next, you don't know how your going to live without your friends who are going to other colleges and you know you won't see them - things will definitely change!
It's hard to keep your mind on classes - continuing to keep your GPA up and not say screw it! I mean I am burnt out on academics - Don't the teachers know this??
And why do all these college applications want to know what my goal in life is?? I don't even know what I am wearing to school tomorrow or how I'm going to pay for gas to run around in my car this weekend... Come on... my goal is to pass my test 5th period - that I haven't studied for!!
On top of this - all these scholarships I have to apply for to even pay for college - Thanks mom and dad!! Want 500-1000 word essays - like I have the time! They all ask, "How have you made a difference in your community"
WHAT?? By stimulating the local economy thru American Eagle... does that count??

I would suggest that you buckle down and start writing. If you think writing a 500-1000 word essay is that difficult, you might not be college material. If you do make it into an institution of higher learning, you will be writing essays of this sort on a regular, basis.

I know what you mean, as a freshman in college, last year was scary for me. It seemed like it was as good as it could get, soccer caption, all definsive team, honorable mention, number 3 in my class,editor-in-chief of the year book, vice president of the senior class, come on I know it will never be that, but great again. You miss you're friends at least I do. You miss your bed and yes even your parents, but its exciting and new and don't stress, diploma and acceptance letter in hand, it was all worth it.
Good luck.
