So for the last 3 days, I have been applying for every single scholarship that I am eligible for. Ever since I found out, that this will be the SECOND school year that I was not eligible for Financial Aid, I've been pushing really hard with these scholarships. I've already wrote TONS of essays, and answered HUNDREDS of questions. I staggered on this scholarship award, blogging for money? Seems pretty interesting!
Anyways, I've having a hard time understandthing this website. If someone can just lay down the basics for me. Blog entry/Classified Ads/Comment/Forum Topic.. okay what are all those? And how do I enter the scholarship for blogging? Am I automatically entered when I registered for an account? And when I click on "My Account" is that the actual profile that is viewable to the public? Because everytime I click on it, the biography I wrote pops up.
ALSO! One more thing! Sorry guys, I have tons of questions. However, the last one is, as I was reading the scholarship official rules, it said the deadline was December 2008. Please tell me I'm wrong and that this is a continuous and still active scholarship!!! Thanks so much guys! Looking forward to hearing from you all!

We are not running a scholarship competition at this time. We simply don't have the funding for it, though we're doing what we can to get some funding back. Yes, though, you are signed up for the scholarship just by creating an account. You have to specifically opt-out, or just not meet the qualifications not to be in the competition.
As blackout pointed out, though, most of those questions can be answered through the FAQ.
