THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM IN THE WORLD AS WE SPEAK AND ITS GETTING WORSE... this big problem might not be about what you think it would be... its not a disease, or epidemic or flu outbreak.... its drugs, alcohol, and violence. more and more people are getting busted for growing, creating, and especially selling drugs. the economy is complete shit right now and many people turn to selling drugs to help because it does make money... until you get caught. and cops dont just give you a ticket, a slap on the wrist and send you on ur way for selling or possesing drugs. they arrest you, book you and not only are you in the system for whatever the offence was but in about a month you have a court date. now this was usually a problem with older people. for example... people in their 20's or early 30's with all the big drug busts... but now along with all the older people. more and more young kids are getting busted with growing, and selling in very massive quantities. and along with the fact that the drugs were making the kids unfocused and undriven to complete school... these tickets that the cops say are supposed to help straighte out your life are really just making it worse. i know because when i was a junior in high school i got busted in school with weed and 4 other times outside of school. and i got put in juvenille detention for 3 months and then a group home for a month and a half. and there went my junior year right down the shitter i managed to pull 4 half credits at the end of the year cuz i worked my ass off once i got out. but i didnt get any credits first semester.... and this is happening to more and more kids and its making it so that the teens wanna give up and just turn back to their drug of choice and their goes their future but the scary part is...its not just teens......
the huge problem i was talking about is worse than that.... kids in elementary school... ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!!!!! are getting caught and procecuted for possetion of drugs, alcohol, or they are getting charged with assault and battery. when i got sent to juvenille detention otherwise known as DT... i saw so many kids there but the shocking thing was that i saw so many kids who were barely 13 years old with possetion charges more serious than mine. the drugs and alcohol that is spreading among the kids is very easy to track back to the source of influence... for weed its simple... ITS EVERYWHERE! weed is in movies, shows, hbo specials, cartoons, and the two biggest... weed is all over the music kids listen to and worst of all it is absolutely everywhere on the street... i actually tested my theory by walking down a semi-busy street about a month ago and i asked 10 people on the street if they could get weed. i had 20 bucks..i bought a blunt (1.5g) of weed from 4 out of those 10 people and 2 others out of that 10 said they knew someone who could get it for me... and none of these people i asked were over 18. are you convinced that this is a problem yet?
but not only has weed gotten popular, violence is huge now its is the new way to solve all of your problems according to all these little kids. i ride bmx so i ride around the city often and i cant even begin to tell you how many times i hear little ass kids ranging from 5th-8th or even 9th grade just fuckin screaming at me and just saying stupid shit like "hey bitch you wanna fight dog? come here, ill woop yo ass" and thats not even the worst part. most of these kids try fighting even if they dont know how to fight. but i have actually kept track and within the past month, starting on july 5th i can statistically say that 17 of the 39 kids that i confronted once they yelled at me actually fought me, or atleast tried. now i have been boxing for about 6 years and i was also in kickboxing for 2 of those years. so i definitly know if someone knows how to fight or if they are just throwing random fists. and every time i go up to these kids and they try to swing they have horrible posture, stance, balance and no sence of aim or accuracy at all. so they just come out swinging and i see so many kids fighting like this all over the place. and i can very easily tell that these kids who are calling random people out on the street... get all their fighting references from one thing... THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERS!!!
THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER- yes it is an amazing sport but the most important thing that these kids fail to grasp is that the fighters are very highly trained and have been fighting for years. these kids think they can just watch the show and they can fight. and alot of kids are learning the hard way. and this also creates alot of violence everywhere whether it be in a relationship, with your parents, or anyone. and when these behavior patterns show up in kids this young doesnt it just make you wonder what the world will be like in the next couple years?
so long story short... very young kids are dabbling in drugs, alcohol and getting more and more violent. and i really dont know what to expect in the next couple years.
