I hope the Obama Administration finds this

i read a scary and startling article this afternoon on the New York Post website titled "Gag the Internet." Evidently, The Obama administration has decided that it is time to restrain our first amendment rights and to think that he used to teach constitutional law. Anyway, this New York Post article was about Cass Sunstein, who is going to become a regulator of the internet. What is he regulating you may ask? Oh Blogs just like this one. He is concerned that what people blog about may hurt peoples feelings and this should make them liable for slander. Not only that but one could be responsible for the comments of others. Now, if your blog is found stating something that the Obama Administration finds to be libel then you will be contacted to remove your posting immediately. However, if you do not remove your post immediately then you will be forced to go to court, where the court may require you to remove your posting. If you get in trouble several times than you could end up paying a fine up to 15,000 dollars. So, i thank you america for voting in our first most agressive dictator. Once our free speech ability is removed then what next? Freedom of religion? Right to bear arms? What else would the Obama Administration like to add to their list of constitutional infringements. I am frightened for the world ahead of us. I am concerned that we are allowing such a world to take place. This is America, land of the free. What a concept. I am not sure what the Obama administration is thinking but I know that I am not in favor of it.
On another note, it concerns me about our presidents priorities. First, he decides not to critize the harsh actions in Iran during the protest (Where he should have been outspoken about the cruelty occuring there) Then he calls the removal of the honduran dictator a "coup," which it wasnt as the houndran leader was guilty of violating the constitution. I frequently ask myself where are the presidents priorities and is it really safe to have him as our president.

I'm really going to have to look into this; especially because the NY Post isn't necessarily known for its lack of bias.

At first glance, it seems like something the opposing side would try to convey to readers as traitorous and oppressive.
