Economy Answers

What would you do to fix the economy?

I would immediately begin to develop all forms of energy: wind, nuclear, petroleum, and gas, etc. A refining facility in Alaska would be no bigger than an average international airport. So it would have little to no harmful impact on any wildlife. The same argument was maid against the Alaska Pipeline, but it has actually been a plus, as wildlife now seeks its warmth. It would be such a big advantage to our country to develop here. Just think of the jobs.

Change welfare from a ‘money for nothing’ program to a jobs program. Everyone works! While there are exceptions for everything, a change here could change our “hand out” society.

We need to have a flat fair tax; everyone works and everyone pays the same tax percentage. They are those who want to share the wealth, well then they need to share the tax also.

I would make our government smaller. We don't need the government in every area of our lives. I would take government out of capitalism and let the smart survive and the weak fail, no matter how large. The government is spending to much money interfering with the success of the individual and the right of liberty.
