so i come from a street of trying to be sweet,
an innocent w/ that skip in my beat
but i couldn't hide behind that mask of my past
that woulnd't even last cuz i was scared of the truth
truth is of my biz that wasn't even smart
sometimes i ain't to sure really where to start
but i guess if i wanna get to beginning
guess that i better start get to remembering
that there was a time i even felt complete
i had someone the other side of me,
found him when i was little and when i was small
but as i got older forgot about him all to-
gether with a life full of pain
not of drugs but of lies that had rained into my mind,
knew i was lost and thought that i was blind

walking from the light, full of lies, ruining my life
