Hello Everyone,
As you know a blog is for people to come and post things about their personal life or ask for advice. People even talk about hot topics that are presented in the world today. Well today, I’m here to ask for a little help or advice…any way you would like to put it. I took on a little challenge. I bet you’re wondering, what is this big challenge that I may need help on!!! Well here it is!
Just recently I had the opportunity to help create the newsletter for the church I belong to, Miller Memorial Baptist Church. So this is my very first issue. Isn’t that exciting or what?! Yes writing is my passion if you couldn’t tell already!! I was thinking about a title such as HEAVENLY NEWS!!! Tell me what you think about that!!
So for one of the articles that will be featured in the newsletter is something talking about loving god in three stages. Those three stages consist of loving him SPIRITUALLY, PHYSICALLY, and MENTALLY. Everyone has their own unique way in how they perform those three stages. So I need your help!!! Answer these three questions:
1. How do you love god spiritually?!
2. How do you love god physically?!
3. How do you love god mentally?!
So thanks....I look forward to hearing everyone's answers to this matter!!! :)
1. How do you love god spiritually?!
Forget pride in yourself, because you were given everything you are and everything you have. Have mercy, and forgive everyone that harms you. Seek happiness from an attitude of humility, thankfulness, and obedience to goodness and truth. Always remember that you are not a physical body that is made of dust, and will become dust rapidly after your spirit leaves it.
2. How do you love god physically?!
Love everything God created, which is everything you see. 'God did not make any mistakes.' Everything and everyone has a purpose that they or it fulfill perfectly. Have faith that even the worst person, thing, or circumstance is part of a plan that will result in an end that is too good for any of us to even imagine. Do the work to help make this world a better place for those around you. Try to be the human face of Gods' mercy and love. Walk the straight and narrow path of honesty and righteousness.
3. How do you love god mentally?!
Habitually praise him, and be thankful without fail. Every problem is an opportunity. Every struggle is a chance to grow. Never know the Truth, always seek the truth. Your name is not perfection, but Gods' name is. Never insist that you are right, but always look for how you were wrong and correct yourself(repent).
