During a S.A.S.Y. (Sisters Achieving Sisterhood in Youth) meeting that took place at Morgan State University, we had a sister circle. S.A.S.Y. is a big sister little sister program where we mentor high school females through any problems that they may have. A sister circle is where we talk with the little sisters about different subjects such as, relationships, college, boys, and other things. The little sisters comes from local high schools around Morgan State University. One question that was very interesting was "Do women sacrifice more than men do?," whether in a marriage or relationship. Some felt that women sacrificed more than men do because we have to give up certain things. Some say women have to sacrifice working when the term pregnancy enters into the lifestyle. Others felt that men make a bigger sacrifice then women do. For an example, men have to sacrifice going to certain things because they want to have money in their pockets so they can be the man of the household. These both are good points and hard to weigh on the scale as to which is the incorrect or correct answer. But how do you feel on this subject?! Who sacrifices more out of a relationship man or woman?! Give us your take!!

The sacrifices in a healthy relationship should probably be mutual- but that doesn't mean they should be the same. Also, the more compatible a couple is with each other, the less they need to sacrifice in the first place, right?
Your right...I couldn't agree with you more. The responsibilities and everything should be mutual. One partner shouldn't sacrifice 75% and the other 25%. So I like what you said. :)
