What is your Definition of Camouflage?!

When you think of the word "camouflage," you think of something or someone trying to blend into something. But according to a blog by Dylan Matthews, Teen Pregnancy: Not Just for Straight People Anymore, in the Campus Progress Magazine, camouflage has a whole different meaning. In the blog it talks about how bisexual and lesbian teenage girls in British Columbia, Canada have a higher chance to become pregnant then those who are heterosexual. For this type of behavior the word "camouflage" is used to define the act of lesbian and bisexual females having sex with bisexual boys. Matthews says, camouflage is used as a "perceived need to pass as heterosexual." So what do you think?! Why should people have to cover up who they are?! THEY ARE PEOPLE JUST LIKE US!! It’s a shame that one can’t be their self because of the hate crimes that are geared toward gays. Do you believe the fact that a lesbian teenager can get pregnant quicker than a heterosexual teenage?! Do you think that it’s okay for a lesbian or gay person to have a child?! Hey aren’t they human just like us?! What's your take on this issue?! I can believe it they are just like heterosexual people….DUH!!!
