Woe is me, I have no money! It is Christmas time, the season of giving and I have no money whatsoever. I even have a job, but cannot manage to keep any money for presents. As Christmas is drawing nearer, I am more pressed for time and money. With only three days to go until Christmas, I am scrambling for every last cent I can get my hands on.
With the current financial and economic situation going on throughout the world, it is no wonder why money is tight everywhere. I know for a fact that this Christmas a lot of families will have to do without some of their normal amenities.
Although Christmas is the time of giving, I think it has lost some of its true value. Santa Clause is not the only reason why we celebrate Christmas, you know. In my opinion, Christmas is the time to be spending with your families and being thankful for everything we have in life. It is a spiritual holiday, but I believe everyone has their own opinion about religion (that is a whole separate issue for another blog). Christmas should not be measured by the amount of presents a person gives or receives in a given year, it is about the quality time that is spent with your loved ones.

you could make some cookies for everyone. Or something as simple as a card with a simple note.
