BCS is so screwed up considering every year it causes problems when it comes down to who plays who in conference championships and even the national championship or other bcs bowls. Auburn several years ago, was undefeated in their season and was denied an opportunity for a bcs bowl of any kind. Split-national champs have been heated for being cruel. Last year, Lsu went to the championship with 2 losses in ot and they played in a better conference then the other teams in the discussion. To solve the mess, have all ncaa conference champion games based on the same tie breaker so its fair for all the teams(head to head or conference record or points, etc). Make the regular season meaningful and have the right teams in the right teams. Texas just got snupped over oklahoma even though they beat them early in the season in Dallas, Tx (neutral site). Neutral site games should not be in a state of one of opponents. Like Texas vs okla cannot play in texas or oklahoma, ga vs fla can't play in florida or georgia, etc.
Solution for BCS bowl System as suggested by mnay people, analysts and BARACK OBAMA:
8 team playoff which includes 6 conference champions of the six BCS conferences(ACC, BIG 12, SEC, BIG EAST, PAC-10,BIG 10) and 2 at large bids based on teams with high seeding in last BCS standings or teams who go undefeated in non bcs conferences should get consideration. This can prove a real NATIONAL champ!
