Character traits of Lisa Freemont in Rear Window

The character Lisa Freemont is observant, thoughtful and brave. This is demonstrated through her actions both conscious and involuntary. I will also demonstrate this through dialogue.
We know that Lisa Freemont is observant for four different reasons. The first reason is when Jeff asks “Tell me -- what was Slim Hayward wearing?” she answers “She looked very cool. She had on a mint green …” This was all she got out before Jeff interrupted her. However it proves she was observant enough to notice what Slim Hayward was wearing. The final three ways we know she is observant are that she notices the jewels, the purse and the ring. She notices these and knows that if Mrs. Thorwald had really gone on a trip she would not have left these things behind. Lisa knew that a woman going on a trip would not have left her favorite, fanciest purse and best jewels at home. She also knew that no married woman would leave her wedding ring at home for any reason whatsoever, no matter where she was going.
Lisa Freemont’s thoughtfulness is evident in two ways. The first is that she wishes to cheer him up because he will be in his cast another week. We know this because of the dialogue when she comes over:
Lisa: “Even if I had to pay, it would be worth it, just for the occasion”
Jeff: “Something big going on somewhere?
Lisa: “Going on right here. It's a big night.”
Jeff: “It's just a run-of-the-mill Monday. The calendar's loaded with them.”
Lisa: “It's opening night of the last depressing week of L. B. Jefferies in a cast.
To help cheer him up she brings him dinner from the restaurant “21”. The second way she is thoughtful is by coming over several times in the next few days.
The third and final character trait for Lisa Freemont that she is brave we know she is brave for two main reasons. The first main reason is that Lisa is willing to go over to help dig up what the dog was sniffing at in the dirt. The second main reason is that she went by choice on her own into the house of a man she believed to be a killer.
These reasons are how we know the character traits of Lisa Freemont. We know her to be observant, thoughtful and brave.
