I replied "We're women...we can get whatever we want, we can have our cake and eat it too...we just have to do one of 3 things
1) Cry 2)Lie and 3) Sex"
then it hit me. Women have always had the "rough road" when it came to being treated as "inferior"...granted it may not have been as bad as others... Yet back then Women Had Honor! Virtue. Even the person selling themselves for sex had more honor than many women of today. What happened to it? Women fell in love with love and power.
Remember the saying "Behind every great man there is a great woman"
Women wanted that to change to "Behind every great man and woman, there is a great man or woman"
Instead it has become "Behind every man there are two good women." or even more so "Behind every great woman there is no man, or twenty men"
The divorce rate has skyrocketed. Why? Because many people can't keep their legs closed. Or many of them can't close their legs when they ought to be closed.
Take a stand! Being a woman should mean more than having the right to "make love" to whoever you want when you want.....
Being a woman means having the honor to get people to love you for you, to hold off until it is appropriate to enjoy the pleasure of life, to make sure it isn't just the sex you like.
It's time ladies. Lets show men we won't stand for having to use 3 things to gain power. Lets show we can get our way w/o using the tactics that men allowed us to have. Lets use the tactics we fought to have!
I like where I think you are going, but I think you need to buff up your premise. The issue you are taking on is pretty complex. When considering the history of female honor, is it fair to bash any woman? Think about the multifaceted, multilayered predicament women as sexual beings have faced, and still face today.

Women should care less about the way they might be represented within their own circle of females, so the “honor” you brought up is not really something to worry about and certainly not something which needs to be pursued in order to crank up some females self-esteem. It needs another approach to bring some balance.
For now, whatever little female self-esteem which get’s build up one side, get’s demolished upon the other side!
Females should focus upon breaking down all assumptions which point them out to be the weaker gender, even sane men already for long know, females are and always will remain the ones who can handle larger amounts of pain regardless of its nature!
The main problem with females is that they don’t function well around men when they themselves are in group, this because they don’t trust or like one another! Lol.
There isn’t anything wrong with opening legs, the world would be a better place if more females would!
Love is one thing, sexual freedom is another and exactly the war which is starting to rage now. For centuries people have been fooled and mentally sickened into believing sex is something BAD!
Well it isn’t bad and all those sane in the brain LOVE it! We have been told and made to believe sex is animalistic behavior, what makes any of us different when letting go during the act of it?
If females want to use tactics, they will need to let go of fantasies which are nothing more than a illusionistic joke to begin with. They can achieve if they are willing to engage that fight, this fight is one of sexual freedom!
It has always been the systematic abuse of sexuality which has kept its thumb upon females, to close up legs while pretending to safe guard something special within its midst is cheer nonsense and a waist of opening ways for a better future.
The best way to change the mindset of those who will follow behind is by setting the example, eventually love will flourish out of it!
In order to bring love inside the act, one needs to have or at least create an understanding of “who they are” allowing within their midst. Those walking around with a clouded vision dwelling in a mindset filled with fantasies hardly ever get to be touched by that divine sensation sex can evoke in harmony.
To engage having sex with a male who doesn’t acknowledge his female side is same like having sex with a dog, or worse a pig.

That is the core of the entire issue. Instead of focusing on a female's sexual choices of who, how, when, how often and with how many people, people, especially women, would benefit from employing your advice.
To me it is not about promiscuity in and of itself. It is all about WHY the sex is occurring. I admire sexually liberated women who can have multiple partners, maybe even at the same time, and be happy because they are comfortable with sharing themselves like that, and they have dissolved all guilt in themselves.
At the same time I want to cry when I meet a woman who is "sexually responsible" and has one partner, and is married and monogamous, but allows her husband to abuse her.
If a woman is promiscuous because she is forced to be, either as a sex slave, as many women are, or because of a drug addiction, or because of a pimp, I am equally saddened.
i think what the original post might be reflecting is the enormous and overwhelming tendency for women to engage in sex because of fear, insecurity and self hatred. Promiscuity is another symptom of abuse, especially sexual abuse.
For these women, is honor the issue? How can they conceive of honor when they don't even have self worth?

I agree with you! Mom pointed out that one reason why only men were allowed to vote was because it was generally just men who owned property. She said that it's possible that women who owned property were allowed to vote. That randomly came up in convo one time, so IDK how much truth there is to that, but it's a good theory.
Secondly, let us not get so caught up in our "rights" and what we can do in order to prove it to the world. Doing such prevents us from fully realizing that we are WOMEN and there IS a difference between men and women and there is a reason you were born a man or a woman.

Originally one of the requirements to vote was owning land, but you also had to be white and a male as well. And yes, only women could own property, so that was two counts against them.
