HOW TO PREVENT THAT DEPRESSION

Wht get depressed? what exactly is depression and why do people get into this unfavourable mood?

Depression is a state of strong emotional instability and distress. This is a feeling that leaves the "victim" in an uncertain condition, anger and frustration, therefore, it is better addressed as aerly as possible. Medical experts have tried to actually find one reson to this issue but have all ended up with diverse reasons which are based on different circumstances and difficulties faced by the person experiencing it.
While some is due to traumatic events and terrible experiences, some are due to chemical inbalance in the brain. What ever the reason might be, taking from experiences of people far and near, it has a way of breaking the spirit of a person.
In this sence, the feloow would like to isolate him/ herself from everyone, doing a lot of thinking, lack of proper concentration and frustration which springs from anger towards (others and yourself).

It is amusing to know that every human being have in one way or the other have had to pass through this time of depression for several reasons. My concern is not really why you get depressed but what do you do when you find yourself in that state.

I asked some friends this questions and got responses such as ; " keep to myself", "relocate for a while", "change of environment", "share it with the closest person to me", and so on. i weight all these answers and decided on would be the best option and another might accompany the first.

SHARE YOUR BURDEN, TALK TO SOMEONE AND REMEMBER, PROBLEM SHARED IS SAID TO BE HALF SOLVED, AFTER THIS YOU CAN HAVE A CHANGE OF ENVIRONMENT WITH A LIGHTER MIND. KEEEPING TO YOURSELF WILL ONLY BREAK YOU THE MORE, TRAVELLING OR CHANGING ENVIRONMENT WITH HEAVY HEART WILL ONLY GET YOU DEEPER IN YOUR PROBLEM.
