In as much as the world is figting over population, it is also against abotion. i can not see where these two things can be fought against successfully and at the same time, its just like standing for both democrat and republican at the same time.
Pre marital sex is simply an act that can not be prohibited in todays world. the rate of teenage and unwanted pregnancy is overwhelming and needs concern. On the dabate about abotion, the polish president have stayed adament and insisted there must not be abotion in the country. A country where economy is not stable and both married and unmarried are allowed to have the baby in order to maintain the law against abotion, one fact remains, the act is being committed.
For instance a girl from a catholic home who got pregnant and decided to travel to another country nearby where abotion is not prohibited, either in poland or not, the act is still being done.
I heard of a girl recently who actually had a D&C right here in the country, yet it is illegal.
I want to believe that if a government should abolish abotion, it should as well be ready to take care of the welfare of the children beacause the highest rate of abotion is due to lack of finance especially in this part of the world, other parts like Africa, there might be other major reasons.For how long will the government hide under the umbrella of law and subject the people to more wrongs of having kids they can not cater for?
