Truth about happiness

Maybe true happiness lies within ourselves and it just hurts us to be around others who are truly happy because it makes us jealous because we want what we don't have: true happiness.

Yet, once we find that peace and harness it within, it's remarkable what kind of changes we can make in our own lives and in others as well. It's a like a disease that just spreads, the joy, peace, love and happiness that we share with others just because we are happy with ourselves, who we are, and where we are with life.

And if we can just overcome all of the obstacles by holding our head high and living to see another day that tomorrow will be a better day, a new chance to share our joys with others that there is hope, there's a reason worth living and although some people such as myself, might not see it at times, we know the logic lies within our hearts for "hope springs eternal" and one day, our dreams will come true, but its about the journey there and the people, we meet along the way that help us find our true passion in life: "our calling," so to speak which allows us to support ourselves as individuals and maintain our natural state of true happiness simulataneously.

The trouble is sometimes we get lost along our way towards chasing our wildest dreams and need a little push in the right direction to help us get through all the tough times. Sometimes, this means talking to someone about our issues or just taking a step back to reexamine those underlying issues to see that despite all the chaos, that there still remains to be hope for a better future and that if we just take it day by day, we'll manage to pull through with our heads held high and a little bit happier than we thought we ever could be.
