I've had it. Living in this "dominant culture" makes me feel less than human, like I'm a commodity. I know nothing like slavery, so what. Injustice is still here, it just evolved. Racism is still here, it just evolved. I don't mean to advertise a jerk like Tom Metzger but a man like him can be allowed to spew all types of hatred about people for years. I mean decades; and not a hair be touched on him. But Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X are slain, Malcolm X allegedly by the American government depending on who you talk to. What happened to Huey baby! Heuy P. Newton a true American hero. They got Biggie and Pac too, ah man! Who's next?! I'll be that one if I'm called, not on no terrorist nonsense; but in the vain of Malcolm or Martin. Maybe even Garvey and Du Bois. Du Bois was a bad boy! "Always Africa is giving us something new or something metempsychosis of a world old thing." For those who didn't know metempsychosis means reincarnation, I had to look it up too.
The KKK is still around but the Black Panthers were wiped out, allegedly by the American government. Crazy world I live in. I'm scared for Senator Obama if by some stroke of the "dominant group" in America falling asleep and waking up mid-January thinking it was all a nightmare and they were going to wake up before he became President. Just know Obama will have like 36 million secret service men, excuse me persons to be politically correct and a 36 million member revenge army God forbid anything to happen to that man.
