Moderate for reasons that will shake the world

Tagged:  •

Dear reader, this is my first blog on this site and i am very happy to have made it here in time for the contest! the issue that i would like to discuss with you all is the upcoming election. I am a moderate in all regards and i would like to know what exactly everyone thinks about each candidate. so far i have compiled a boat load on each candidate and i do not know where to put my vote towards. please help me in this process, because i am stuck. here are the things i know about each candidate: Mccain: war veteran, very interested in the war in iraq, concerned about our economy but does not have a stable plan, and is an all-around all-american guy, short tempered but gets the job done. Palin: hot headed individual that won't stand for abortions after 20 weeks, which is when the baby is actually an infant, not a good debator, very concerning if she ever gets into a public office above that of a governor, bans books that may have to do with anything against her perconal views. Obama: personable, but can be a little spacy at times, for abortion and the companies like "planned parenthood" who support abortion after 20 weeks, which is killing infants, good for the economy and will pull out of iraq for sure, not very in tune with the world around us but has biden for that. Joseph Biden: wierd fellow that lost his family in an accident, short tempered and has served in BOTH chairs of the senate. *personally has more sway to me than palin* pro iraq and is neutral to the abortion theme, good for the economy as well. The solution i believe is that we vote for a pro-economic president and then a pro-life congressional body. this will pass the laws that will quit funding the atrocity that is infant-killing and also we will have a stable economy because of the president, now some of you are thinking, well this will never work because of the power of the president's veto, but it can be overturned witha 2/3 majority vote in both houses and pass for the law. so we will get the "best of both worlds" heh, in fact and have a good economy and also save millions of babies to go to homes where there are people desperate to have a child and will do anything to do it.

I believe that you should consider energy as a big issue for this upcoming election.
you can find McCain's views on energy here http://www.johnmccain.com/Informing/Issues/17671aa4-2fe8-4008-859f-0ef14...

...on that whopping paragraph. It made my tired little eyes go unfocused to a second.

Personally, I don't think asking other people who to vote for is the right way to do things. You should try to come to the decision on your own terms, rather than have someone else tell you what to do. I can understand not knowing who to pick, because most people are struggling with this decision even now.

Try to imagine each one in office. What are they like? Are they holding to their promises? Does that black and white suit make them look fat? (obvously a joke here folks, don't get yourself in a twist over it.)

Just a creative way of trying to make your decision clearer.
