Are we bitter?

Now when I heard the comment in the newspaper I was utterly surprised! When I read the comment of how Pennsylvanians cling on to their guns and religion. Now I live in Penn’s woods, and take a great offense to Barack Obama's remark. See I'm live in a small town and when I heard this comment of how he thinks since jobs left, small town people especially in Pennsylvania that we find something to blame for it is absurd! That’s like an insult to Middle America! The heart and soul of America and a presidential candidate is criticizing it on his own views. This is not right, why is it that he can't say it to our face? He says this statement in California at a fundraiser rally but then says something totally different to our face. How dishonest, for him to say such a thing! My teacher says he didn’t really mean the way he said it but I take it the way it came out his mouth, and that’s something no politician can change around!

Ok well it’s your time to say what you think of this issue. I want to know what the rest of America thinks. Maybe I’m wrong, but all I know is it affected me. So now small town America what do you think?

There's an edit tab above your blog which you can use to go back and correct things after you've published it. I recommend that you edit your title, as it is the first thing people see, and grammar mistakes are a turnoff to a LOT of readers!

I was going to say basically the same thing. To make your point, it would be much better to be able to read with proper grammar and spelling. If you write your blogs initially on Word, it usually catches most spelling and grammatical errors. Just cut and paste to your ProU page. You also might want to double check through the preview tab.

I'll comment on the actual blog later.

...for the title. I suggest you follow ediblewoman's advice regarding that handy edit tab.

And hey! We're practically neighbors. I live in northeast PA.

On to the blog: Who is this "he" you mention in the middle of the first paragraph? Is it the article writer, or your teacher that you randomly mention later on?

"Ok well it’s your time to say what you think of this issue."

Well I'll have to disagree here. Yes, it's nice to invite others to have a say after you complete your blog (I've done this myself), but you hardly elaborate on what you think about all this. This is a blog afterall, and not a forum where people right back and forth and such. Talk about your thoughts some more and make some more sense of this blog and I think you've got a good start.

Hey, no problem.

It's shows something about yourself when you actually take constructive criticism and try to improve what you've done. You get kudos for this, Galen. I seem to be giving them out a lot lately, but kudos all the same.
