Attack and Mock “Joe the Plumber”! Heck yeah we care.
Oh really we (most of us are “Joe the Plumber”) can’t ask a simple question against Obama’s tax plan now? A man, who did not agree with Obama’s tax plan, asks Obama a simple question about the plan. Then Obama said he felt like the wealth a hard working American earns from their success and hard work , should be spread around equally to others. Whaaattt??? Obama’s comment then sparks a nationwide outrage from the American people. Then what happens to a citizen of our country that voices his opinion, NBC camps out at this private citizen’s house and investigates “Joe the Plumber”. NBC results into intimidation tactics to shut up a private citizen (the public) if they oppose Obama. NBC started to dig up dirt on this guy to embarrass and discredit him.
Why? NBC wanted to distract us from the statement that made American mad. That is a shameful abuse of the Medias power; if they try hard enough they could dig up dirt on any American and put a spin on it to make them look bad.
That could happen to me for writing this blog. I am so vocal against the media, am I next because I call them on their dishonest journalism?
I left an abusive husband with a baby on each hip, worked full time at one job and had two part time jobs, put myself through college, became a VP of an environmental consulting firm and just opened my own business. Now after clawing my way to the top and I thought all my hard work and sacrifices have paid off. Now I can enjoy the fruits of my labors, I thought, only then to find out the Government has plan where they want to disburse my profits to other people who can accomplish what I accomplished with a little hard work and determination. Not so fast-- don't say well you have to make more than $250k, which I do not, that I am exempt. My small little company is not exempt because payroll taxes will go up across the board. So every small biz is affected by this plan. Plus let’s not forget to mention they plan on dropping the current taxes break given across the board to every citizen, so now my income taxes goes up too. So bam bam, thank you maam, we are taking it, like it or not and you have no say in where or to whom it goes.
