Child Obesity

Most kids are found deciding on what types of food they want eat at a very young age. These eating habits most likely come from their parents. By the time the child is of age to know right from wrong they should know what foods and good for you and what food are not the best. Of course they are growing kids that it's not quite a big deal a lot what they eat as long as they eat and i makes them happy. An good amount of fruits and vegetables everyday is what a growing body really need. Generally if you just keep a lot of the foods such as sweets out of the house you should never have much of this problem. Also parents should stay on a regular schedule (routine) and avoid eating at fast food restaurants as much as possible. I remember growing up as a kid we ate our as little as once or twice a month. I know how busy our schedules can get, trust me trying to manage an A average in school, small part-time job, and being at the top of my game in three sports can be a handful. I believe that if you can stay in some sort of a routine with meal habits and exercise regularly we can decrease the number of obesity children in our country.
