I'm not too sure if Senator John McCain is doing enough to thank our service men and women.
& I dislike his views and such even more than I did a day a go.

Why? may you ask.. John McCain is veteran himself! (and a Republican, well they just have to love the troops more) (uhhhhhuhhh...check out the site below)
and you may also now be thinking why would you say that? You may possibly be offended if you do not know the facts.
Well John McCain just didn't feel like voting for the new GI Bill ..twice.
guess who voted for the new GI Bill Senator Barack Obama.
I wish all 'Veterns for McCain' would know that powerful fact.
When I found out that, Mr. Country First himself did NOT vote for the new GI Bill...I was disgusted
I really think that our service men and women should have the best benefits they can get.
I also learned something else McCain has a habit for not voting favorably towards veterans.

Iraq and Afghanistan Veteran of America has a report card of all Representatives and Senators and how they voted towards veteran related issues.
I can only view 2006, because I no longer have Adobe on my computer and that's the only way you can view 2008.
With just 2006 ratings it's clear to me that even though McCain is a veteran.... that does not affect his voting towards veteran issues:
He received a D.
That's just sad.
Really.
Obama received a B+
So if you've heard before..when a Republican is in office the military gets more benefits. (that's what my best friend heard form her recruiters....& of course..she believed it, and ever since she's joined the Army she's been a McCain supporter, but when I told her about these facts..she too was like whoa ??)
...I don't know all the facts...but it's pretty obvious if this Republican were to be in office that statement may be false.
I could go on and on about other reasons why I really dislike McCain.....(well you'd think that coming from a 17 yr old angst y Liberal..but still...)
If you read this don't judge my writing too much. This my first blog in a real long time...first one on here...
& I'm a poor writer...(especially according to merit/standardized tests....oooooOo that may be another topic to come?)
