When asked what my political views are, I say that I am very much an independent. When asked of the two major candidates, McCain or Obama, who I would vote for, I would say that I would not vote at all. Personally, I have never been a huge fan of Obama, but I do not hate him, I just like McCain better. So, why would I choose not to vote at all, if I like McCain? Two words: Sarah Palin. I detest Palin. My feeling toward Palin have nothing to do with past, but with what she has done in recent years as governor of Alaska. I love animals, and I am will to do a lot of things to help ensure that America's wildlife will be around for future generations to enjoy. From what I have learned of Palin, she is the exact opposite. The thing that makes me the most upset is what she has done for wolves. I read a story once, about six months ago, about a group of hunters that followed a pack of wolves to their den, and shot the entire pack. To make things worse, the hunters found pups in the den, but instead of doing something such as relocating them, the hunters slaughtered the defenseless pups, and Palin said that the hunters were in the right! If you ask me, I believe that such actions should not be tolerated, there a better solutions then killing animals that cannot defend themselves from human technology. From her statements and actions, such as challenging the need for polar bears to be on a list of threatened animals, it seems to me that Palin is too gun-ho on the idea of taking animals off the endangered or threatened species list. My question is, if Palin becomes VP, what will stop her from promoting legislation that encourages the end of protecting the natural wildlife of America?

Do you even understand what you are talking about?
There has been a bounty on wolves in Alaska for a considerably longer time than this gubinatorial term. Do you know why?
Can you guess how many other animals die in one year to keep one wolf alive?
Does it take longer, or hurt more, for an animal to die from a GSW than from dozens of bite wounds from wolves 1/10th its size? Which is more cruel?
Is your love of nature limited to cute cuddly nature? Or does it include the brutal and ruthless kill or be killed and eat or be eaten of the nature that is reality?
Tell me: is this ignorance, or just a political hatchet job?
