"I will begin by stateing that i myself as well as my family are Victims of this Economic Crisis. we have Recently lost Our Home to forclosure. And one wouldnt think how much of an Impact this has on you as a family struggling in this economy .I find myself copeing with this exceptionally hard because i know the hard labor and hardship my parents put into purchaseing the Property.but due to recent events we have come to terms with it just as many other now ex property owners have as well all across america. This has had a demorelizing effect on the american people as a whole buying a home is to many considered the pinnicle of the great American Dream. and you want to know what the Government does in Return Bailout the major lending firms with their lost Profits and Overall leaving the american Average Joe to Deal with it as best as possible. Forceing a Unbeliveable strain on a household already dealing with high commodity prices. Dont you think Priorities Have been shifted to better the large Business. Than to worry about the backbone of american society ? we Americans have to pressure our Government into providing better assitance to our homeowners, or those already close to loseing their Home. I think that This should be a major issue. In which candidate we vote for in thease upcomeing elections. It will take years for our houseing market to recuperate and for homes and investments to regain it's actual value. Places like Florida where the housing market has been deeply affected. has given birth
lot of nonprofit Organizations.That
are helping home owners with their financial questions and Banking negotiations and thats just on behalf of the private sector imagine what would happen if Our Government Agressively attacked this problem not just as a another task on a already growing to do list for our next Incumbent president

I think that Forclose homes bring down values. One thing is we could set the rate at 4% and renegotiate like its been said to a fixed rate.
