Tell me, is it fair or not about school funding?

Tell me this; I don't quite understand this topic of how home school districts will not pay the same funding as other schools for tech schools that their students go to! This irritates me that my school doesn't get all the same things like my home school. They have more athletics, more technology, more clubs and more events and activities for their students. However the students at the tech school get horrible athletic equipment that is 40 years old! With the promises of new equipment in the future (yeah right!), we can’t even get lights for our football team! And tell me how schools get lower funding than schools with higher test scores get more funding. For example a school in York County is getting a $700,000 piano for their music department! Where my school can’t scrap the necessities to work as a school, we can’t even get up to date text books! This is not fair why the state won’t help out the school that needs the money to teach better to the students to better themselves. As I see it this is a recipe for disaster, that’s just my opinion. What do you think? Do you think it is fair or not right?
