Human right are the basic right and autonomy which every human being is entitled to. It is therefore now a universal thought that all human have right to some basic rights which embraces civil and political liberation. The expression of human right amongst ourselves has to do with our ability to tolerate and respect one another’s self-esteem.
In an attempt to evaluate the issue of human right, one has to also know why human right is given so much awareness. Evidently, it has been due to the word VIOLATION. Therefore, I will briefly define the idea of violation and the reason why it has to be barred. The whole idea of violation is an act which refuses a person of his/her basic right as human. The right of people can be dishonored during crisis in which the world wars are of good examples. Also the maltreatment of humans in different situations such as slavery, rape, injustice, treatment of prisoners and so on.

o The Committee on Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)
o The Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights(CESCR)
o The Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD)
o The Committee Against Torture (CAT)
o The human right Committee on Civil and Political Covenant.
o The Human Right Committee(HRC)
o The Committee on Migrant Workers (CMW).
Coupled with these group of committee, we still have the nongovernmental organizations, Amnesty, HRO and many more but still people are still being deprived of their right. Take African countries, Hmong for instance ( big shame). The UN has so much more t do to help these people,
Therefore, in order for the sake of international peace and order, it should thus be clear that the purpose of human right and its law is highly inevitable and thus be given priority both on the international and state level. Where the lawyers and government of some member states have to be addressed and enlightened on the essence of human right. The policy and legal system of some other countries need to be examined in order for such system not to be a ground for non enforcement.
