WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Senate on Tuesday ignored a veto threat and easily passed legislation that would spend more than President George W. Bush wants this year for social programs including health care, education and job training.

I believe there is a God, whether there's 10 or just 1. There have been some things in my life that have happened in a miracle form and I know it wasn't just luck. I don't read the Bible and I don't think I should have to go to church to pray. God can here me just as He can see me. I also don't believe you have to pray down on knees in church or at home.

A few weeks ago, toys for children were sent back to China because they had  a high amount of lead in them which was very dangerous and toxic. Supposidly China is fixing the problem and the stores that held the toys in the U.S. will check every toy with paint for the lead problem.

I have 6 horses in which are my pets and I could never imagine horse slaughter and them in the same sentence. I've got some things I think ya'll should read.

Some people say that our U.S. troops will not be able to come home. People say that if they do come home, we as a country will fail economicaly and financaily. Some people (resources) say that if we do pull out all of our troops, then Russia will bomb all of Iraq, killing thousands of innocent people, and then they will come bomb the U.S.

My mom always told me that if I don't have anything nice to say, then I shouldn't say anything at all. I've learned recently that people can be very rude or harsh or even nosy. I believe we should be able to say whatever its is we want and not be judged for the worse, but be judged for our boldness and freedom to have the nerve to do so.

F-F-A stands for Future Farmers of America, which is the official name of the organization, but we don’t use the full name and instead operate as the “FFA” because Future Farmers of America implies that we are all preparing to be farmers.  Agriculture is much broader than farming and ranching.  Members study things such as horticultur

Tonight I went to our KC HALL in Hallettsville, Texas and helped our Rotary Club serve chili. Then I went to our FFA meeting to EAT some chili. In our meeting we talked about PASSION. I would like to share with you my idea of passion.
