Was I the only one who felt like Jon Stewart was laughing too loudly at Dennis Miller's stupid rad-con jokes Wednesday night? I mean, Miller says it's ok to drill for oil in Alaska because "the only people who really go to Alaska are pipeline workers trying to escape subpoenas." That's funny?
Then Miller starts joking about global warming: "If the average temperature goes up 3.6 degrees over the next 200 years, so what? I'll tell my kids we moved to Phoenix." All this two days before Earth Day.
I guess I'll have to forgive Jon this time, since he still is the best newscaster on television. But next time I want to see him tell off Dennis Miller like he did Tucker Carlson.
